In The CellarCrafted with great care, we meticulously select the finest grapes from our vineyards and sorting table prior to destemming. The berries remain intact as they undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Before inoculation with yeast, they undergo a cold soak for five days. Gentle pump overs occur three times daily during fermentation, and just before completion, the juice is delicately separated from the skins, ensuring a wine of exceptional purity and elegance.
